Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can can cancel anytime. Your plan will remain active for the paid-for period and then lapse to free plan where all restrictions in that plan will start to apply again.

Is the payment secure?

It is 100% secure as we outsource this to a Stripe owned company.

Can I get a trial?

By default there is a 7-day trial even when you upgrade normally. During the trail, you can cancel anytime without getting charged.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Orders of 50 seats or more automatically receive a 10% discount. For 60+ seats or multi-year deals we can extend up to 15% off. Please email hana-bot@hanabitech.com to discuss the best option for your team.

Will I get reminders or payments?

Yes, LemonSqueezy will mail you before every automatic transaction to make sure you are aware of your active subscription.

What will happen if I delete my account during an active billing cycle?

We will put your account in a deactivated state till your paid-for period is over. In deactivated state, you can re-activate anytime. After this, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Can I get a refund?

Typically we do not offer refunds and we have been never asked for the same. If something has gone horribly wrong, do reach out to us and we will sort it out.
