Commercial Terms

Liability Cap

Liability for any damages arising from the use of Hana is limited to the greater of the total fees paid in the preceding 12 months or USD 25,000. Customers are encouraged to assess their own risk and consider independent insurance coverage if required.

Indemnity

Both Hanabi and the customer agree to indemnify each other for intellectual property claims and security breaches.

Termination & Refund

Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice. Unused service fees are refunded on a pro‑rated basis.

Fee Increases

Hanabi provides 60 days' notice for any price increase. Customers may cancel if the increase exceeds 10%.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved in a neutral jurisdiction via an international arbitration body such as ICC or JAMS.
