Common Failure Modes and Fixes​

If a response is weak or incomplete, use these quick corrections:

  1. Time ambiguity
    Use exact windows such as today 9am-5pm or between 2026-02-01 and 2026-02-07.

  2. Missing scope

  3. Vague output format
