Explicit command

Use /feedback to submit product feedback. Automatic tool-classification does not guarantee routing feedback requests to this command.

What it does

Update

Feedback and change requests are currently collected through a Google Form.

With /feedback, Hana helps you submit product feedback, bug reports, and feature requests through the configured feedback form.

Invocation examples

  1. Initiate the Command: In your Google Chat, type /feedback to start the process of submitting feedback or feature requests for Hana.
  2. Specify Your Feedback: Clearly describe the feedback or feature request you want to submit. Be specific about what you liked, any issues you encountered, or suggestions for improvements.

  • Command opens no form: check workspace pop-up restrictions and retry.

  • Responses are collected through the configured feedback intake workflow.
