LemonSqueezy is now a Stripe company

Hana uses LemonSqueezy for all payments. We never store your credit card details and rely on their secure checkout.

Volume-Based Pricing

With effect from 12‑06‑2025 we updated the yearly Pro plan from standard to volume‑based pricing. Buying 50 or more seats now costs $120 per seat per year instead of $160.

Known Upgrade Issue

When an organization admin upgrades their plan from the Hanabi billing page, you may experience a longer-than-usual loading time during the process.

However, if the update takes too long and times out, the subscription may be completed with only one seat on the latest yearly or monthly plan that you selected, even if you selected more than one seat. This issue only happens during upgrades—not when purchasing a new plan for the first time.

Please note: Individual admin accounts are limited to one seat, so they are not affected by this.

What to do:

  • Double‑check your plan page for any unexpected changes.
  • Retry the purchase with the correct number of seats or email us for help.
