• Hana will in future have some standalone support for automations, but at the moment we are mostly powering this with Zapier
• Hana is live on Zapier as an app and you can add her in your Zapier pipelines

What you can automate

• Notify a Google Chat space when a CRM deal moves stage.
• Create a reminder or task when a Typeform submission arrives.
• Send an approval request to a manager before posting social content.

Example flow

1. Trigger: Calendar event created with a specific label
2. Action: Hana composes a summary of agenda and attendees
3. Action: Hana posts the summary in the team space and pings presenters

For higher reliability, keep prompts concise and include clear guardrails (e.g., “never email external recipients without explicit approval”). Use test channels while iterating and switch to production spaces once the flow is stable.
