Can Hana ingest Google Sheets into its memory?​

Yes. Sheet integration is coming soon.

Is there a limit to how many Google Docs Hana can ingest in the Pro plan?​

No. The Pro plan allows unlimited Google Doc ingestion and other types of memories too.

Can Hana ingest the entire Google Chat history of a space, or is there a limit?​

In threads, Hana remembers history forever as long as the messages remain in Google Chat. In open chat (outside threads), she considers messages only within a short lookback window. The default window is about ten minutes, though higher tiers may offer more history.

Hana reads text, attachments, quoted messages and reactions in that recent history to understand context and provide relevant replies.

How can I view queries made of Hana in Google Chat and the answers within the dashboard?​

This feature is currently under development. We'll share updates as soon as it's available.

I purchased more seats. How do I activate the additional users?​

New users simply have to mention @Hana in Google Chat. Hana sends an authorization card, and once they authorize with their work email they are automatically mapped to your organization.

Do you offer volume discounts for a large number of users?​

Are there plans to auto-refresh or resync Google Docs and Sheets so memories stay up to date?​

Yes. Hana now supports automatically resyncing memory batches. Each organization can enable auto resync on up to 30 memory batches. See Auto Resync Memory for details.

Do you sign a Business Associate Agreement for HIPAA?​

Yes. Organizations that handle Protected Health Information can request our standard Business Associate Agreement. It outlines encrypted storage, runtime-only processing of conversations and breach notification procedures. Contact support@hanabitech.com for details.
