The Automations module is the entry point for workflow automation using Hana integrations.
What You Can Do
- Open the embedded automation workflow builder.
- Validate whether Zapier connector setup is complete.
- Follow connector guidance when prerequisites are missing.
- Access automation usage notes and role-gated controls.
Important Notes
- Zapier-connected flows are typically managed from Zapier itself after setup.
- If Zapier is not connected, the page prompts you to connect it from Connectors first.
- Access is role-gated to admin-level roles.
Typical Workflow
- Open Automations.
- Confirm Zapier connector is connected.
- Launch/create workflow from the embedded automation UI.
- Manage and monitor production automation behavior from your automation stack.
