Connectors

The Connectors module manages external integrations for Hana.

What You Can Do

• Browse available connectors and their connection status.
• Connect/disconnect supported integrations.
• Use connector variants:
  • Standard connectors.
  • MCP connectors (shown in enabled environments).
• Use quick-start empty-state CTA to connect the first available connector.

Access and Visibility

• Connector management is role-gated (admin-level access).
• Connector visibility can vary by user and environment.
• MCP tab visibility is environment-dependent.

Typical Workflow

1. Open Connectors.
2. Pick Standard or MCP tab.
3. Connect required integrations for your team workflows.
4. Return to tool workflows (memory, automation, tasks, etc.) that depend on connector context.

Managing OAuth Scopes (Dashboard)

Some connector-dependent workflows require additional Google scopes beyond initial setup.

Use this path:

1. Open Settings in dashboard.
2. Go to OAuth Scopes tab.
3. Select the missing scopes needed for the workflow.
4. Click Update and complete the Google consent screen.
5. Return to connector flow and retry.

Use minimum required scopes for least-privilege access.
