Meeting Overview

The Meeting Overview module helps teams browse recent meetings and ingest transcripts as reusable memory context.

What You Can Do

• View recent Google Meet sessions (rolling window view).
• Inspect meeting metadata and transcript availability.
• Trigger transcript ingestion to memory.
• Refresh and load additional meeting records.

Access and Plan Notes

• The page currently has internal-access checks for specific users/environments.
• Viewing is available more broadly, while transcript ingestion can be plan-gated (for example, PRO-only gating in UI).
• If required Google Meet scopes are missing, the page shows a scope guidance warning.

Typical Workflow

1. Open Meeting Overview.
2. Refresh to fetch recent meetings.
3. Open a meeting card and check transcript entries.
4. Click Ingest transcript for the target transcript.
5. Use the ingested transcript in chat workflows (@Hana summarize meeting decisions, etc.).
