Confluence Memory Overview
This guide explains how to work with Confluence memory from a user's perspective. It covers connecting your Confluence account, ingesting spaces as memory, and managing existing entries.
1. Connecting Confluence
- Open the Connectors section in the dashboard.
- Select Connect Confluence.
- Provide your Confluence instance URL, API token, and account email.
- Submit the form to connect.
Once connected, you can manage the connector or disconnect it at any time.
2. Adding Confluence Memory
- Navigate to the Memory section and choose the Confluence Memory tab.
- Click Add Confluence Memory.
- Select your connected Confluence account.
- Enter the Space Keys you want to ingest. Use commas to separate multiple spaces.
- Confirm to start ingestion. A notification will appear when ingestion begins.
3. Managing Memory Entries
- Refresh: Update the list to check the latest ingestion status.
- Sync: Manually re-ingest a memory batch.
- Enable Auto Resync: Choose how often the batch should sync automatically.
- Disable Auto Resync: Stop automatic syncing for a batch.
- Delete: Remove a batch permanently.
The list displays the current status and allows pagination for large numbers of entries.
4. Best Practices
- Keep your API token secure and regenerate it periodically.
- Only ingest spaces you maintain to avoid unnecessary memory usage.
- Monitor your quota with the information banner on the page.
With these steps, you can efficiently manage Confluence content within the dashboard.
