Memory Batch Auto Resync Limit
Automatic resync keeps ingested data fresh by periodically updating memory batches. It’s useful for sources that change often (product docs, Confluence spaces, or websites). To protect performance for all customers, only a limited number of batches per org can have auto‑resync enabled at once.
The server enforces a maximum of 60 auto‑resync enabled batches per organization. Attempts to enable auto resync beyond this limit result in an error.
Best practice: disable auto resync on older or low‑value batches and keep it active for the few sources your team relies on daily.
We recommend reviewing auto‑resync usage monthly. Check which batches actually drive answers (via your chat history and internal analytics) and pause resync for low‑value sources to free up quota. When a batch is disabled, the existing content remains searchable; it simply won’t refresh until you re‑enable resync or manually trigger a one‑off update.
